What is SlowDay Store Rescue?
SlowDay Store Rescue is a Shopify app that analyzes store performance and surfaces three main types of insight: sales slowdowns, best-selling product and inventory risk, and conversion-funnel progression.
What is Sales Drop Rescue?
Sales Drop Rescue compares the current store day with matching historical periods. When there is not enough paid-order history for a reliable comparison, Store Rescue says so instead of forcing a diagnosis.
What is Best-Seller Rescue?
Best-Seller Rescue identifies the strongest-selling product in the analysis window and combines product sales history with inventory remaining to help the merchant understand potential inventory risk.
What is Conversion Funnel Rescue?
Conversion Funnel Rescue tracks progression from product view to cart, checkout, and completed purchase. As shopper history grows, it can highlight the stage that may deserve the most attention.
Does Store Rescue automatically change my store?
No. Store Rescue provides analysis and recommendations. It does not automatically change products, inventory quantities, prices, discounts, or checkout settings.
Data and privacy
Does Store Rescue identify individual shoppers?
The merchant dashboard is designed around aggregate funnel progression, not individual shopper identities. Store Rescue uses a one-way hashed visitor key to group storefront events from the same shopper journey and does not persist the raw Shopify client identifier in FunnelEvent records.
Does Store Rescue store payment card information?
No. Store Rescue does not store customer payment card numbers or Shopify account passwords.
What happens to data after uninstall?
Shopify privacy and compliance requests are handled through required compliance webhooks. Shop-redaction requests trigger deletion of covered funnel-event and app-session records for that shop, subject to legal retention requirements.
Pricing
How much does Store Rescue cost?
The public plan is $14.99 USD per month with a 14-day free trial, unless Shopify displays a different promotional or account-specific offer during plan selection.
Who handles billing?
Shopify handles subscription approval and recurring app billing through Shopify App Pricing.
Using the app
Why do I see “more history needed”?
Some metrics require multiple orders, selling days, or shoppers before a reliable estimate can be made. This is expected behavior for new stores, newly installed apps, or low-volume periods.
Why are funnel percentages changing quickly?
Percentages can move sharply with a very small number of tracked shoppers. Store Rescue waits for more activity before making a stronger conversion diagnosis.
