1. Acceptance
By using Slow Day Rescue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Merchant authorization
You must be authorized to connect the Clover merchant account used with the service and are responsible for protecting account access.
3. Service
Slow Day Rescue provides sales monitoring, rescue-offer suggestions, and campaign tracking. Features may change as the product develops.
4. Subscription and billing
The planned launch price is $19.99 per month unless a different price is displayed in the Clover App Market or during checkout. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax terms will be shown before purchase.
5. No guaranteed results
Recommendations are informational. The service does not guarantee increased sales, recovered revenue, customer response, or any particular financial outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, violate laws, or use it for deceptive or unlawful promotions.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on Clover and other third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or experience outages.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
