Slow Day Rescue provides sales-monitoring, promotion-recommendation, and campaign-tracking tools for Clover merchants. This policy explains the information the service may collect and how it is used.

- Merchant identifiers needed to connect with Clover.
- Read-only sales, payment, and order information required to calculate performance and rescue results.
- App settings, selected offers, campaign status, and rescue history.
- Technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.

Information is used to operate the service, calculate sales comparisons, generate recommendations, measure results, provide support, maintain security, and improve reliability.
4. Clover permissions
The current version uses read-only access and does not edit payments, orders, inventory, or customer records.
5. Sharing
We do not sell merchant information. Limited information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support the service, or when required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Merchants may request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, secure Clover authorization, access controls, and reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
