1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of SlowDay Store Rescue ("Store Rescue," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Store Rescue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
2. Merchant authorization
You must be authorized to install apps for the Shopify store that uses Store Rescue. You are responsible for protecting access to your Shopify account and for actions taken by authorized users of your store.
3. Service
Store Rescue provides analytics and recommendations related to sales performance, best-selling product and inventory risk, and conversion-funnel progression. The service may add, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops.
4. Subscription, free trial, and billing
The public launch plan is $14.99 USD per month with a 14-day free trial, unless a different price or promotional offer is displayed through Shopify at the time of subscription. Subscription approval, recurring billing, trial administration, taxes, and cancellation are handled through Shopify's app billing systems. The price and billing terms shown in Shopify at checkout or plan selection control if they differ from this page.
5. Recommendations and no guaranteed results
Store Rescue provides informational analytics and recommendations. Results depend on store traffic, sales history, inventory data, shopper behavior, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee increased sales, recovered revenue, improved conversion, prevented stockouts, or any particular financial result.
6. Data availability and estimates
Some Store Rescue features require enough paid orders, product sales, selling days, or storefront funnel activity before a reliable estimate can be made. The service may display a "more history needed" or similar collection state instead of an estimate.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security or billing controls, interfere with the operation of the service, use Store Rescue in violation of law, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
8. Third-party services
Store Rescue depends on Shopify and other third-party infrastructure providers. Their services may change, become unavailable, or experience outages. Your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own agreements and policies.
9. Availability
We work to keep Store Rescue reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Maintenance, platform changes, internet failures, API changes, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Store Rescue and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Store Rescue by uninstalling the app and canceling any applicable subscription through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Store Rescue changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
